In this 3-hour interactive workshop co-led by health and wellness coaches who are food and energy management professionals, gain insight and actionable steps to redesign your eating and energy in ways that elevate you.

Lisa Dahl loves helping women learn how to create a healthy lifestyle through nourishing their bodies, adding movement, understanding the importance of sleep and finding gratitude. It’s time to remove the “all or nothing” mindset and remember that it is about PROGRESS, not PERFECTION!
Lisa is a former caterer who ran Simply Dahlicious Custom Catering and Confections. She then became a Healthy Life Style Architect with certifications in Health and Wellness from Precision Nutrition and Personal Training through the National Personal Training Institute. She now runs A Studio At 68 combining her passions for cooking and healthy living with her 40 years of dieting, food expertise and education to help women get off the diet roller coaster. She believes that women can quiet the “voices” in their heads through creating change and sustainability one choice at a time.
Lisa also is a health and wellness professional with VESTA focusing on self-care. VESTA is a collaborative group of professionals that supports men and women navigating life before, during and after divorce.
Chris Vasiliadis inspires people to use their well-being as their secret weapon for successfully leading their work and non-work life. Since founding her business, Priority Wellness, in 2008, she has helped countless individuals energize their health and improve their performance. Blending compassion, firmness, and fun, she works with those who are tired of putting their health last, unhappy/unfocused in their wellness, and/or concerned about burnout.
As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, working privately, in corporations and in healthcare settings, both one-on-one and speaking to groups/teams, her clients ultimately make their health thrive and powerfully perform at their best. Choosing to prioritize her wellness after her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2005, Chris has been relapse-free for over 12 years. Her first book, scheduled for a spring 2019 release, is titled Ignition: A Professional Woman’s Guide to Energized, Burnout-Proof Living.
